In my role as a customer service representative, it is my responsibility to guarantee client happiness and a great encounter. These responsibilities include monitoring social media platforms like Instagram to respond to any questions customers may have about the products we offer, processing orders quickly, handling customer complaints, gathering and evaluating customer feedback, cross-selling and up-selling, monitoring crucial customer service metrics, handling paperwork, and consistently honing communication skills. Furthermore, to help our firm succeed and gain more recognition, I also need to possess critical abilities including excellent communication, technical knowledge, the capacity for multitasking, attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and a proactive attitude.
